foris outdoors
collaborated with founder colin mcelroy, who had been running foris outdoors for a few years out of new york. he reached out when he was ready to rethink the brand's web presence and launch a new line. colin is an artist and maker himself, and his work fuels everything about the brand. the challenge was finding a way to integrate his creative practice into the site without overwhelming what is fundamentally a product focused experience.
goal
build a website that showcases both product and colin's creative practice. create a digital presence that reflects the brand's identity while supporting the launch of a new line.

we wanted the site simple and functional, but also wanted to explore how his art gives the brand character. the challenge was integration without distraction.
